Consultation & survey
Listen to your needs, survey your space in person (free within inner Hanoi). Precise measurements, note material and color preferences.
3D design & approval
3D rendering of your space. Visualize the product in your home before committing — free revisions until satisfied.
Wood selection & preparation
Russian oak, American walnut, ash imported officially — kiln-dried twice to 8-12% moisture for warp resistance. Cut to specs, mark beautiful grain for visible surfaces.
Frame assembly
Mortise joints + wood screws + D4 glue, no staples. Frame tested at 200kg load before next stage. This determines the 10+ year durability.
Upholstery
Solid D40 latex foam core with feather topper. Fabric/leather cut to per-sofa templates — 4-thread stitching prevents fraying.
3-layer QC
Layer 1: Workshop foreman. Layer 2: Independent QC. Layer 3: Video sent to customer for approval before shipping. Any defect → redo.
Delivery & installation
Our own team delivers + installs at your home, no third party. On-site care instructions and warranty activation.
